Salt and Sugar does not directly collect any personal data. When you send us an email or make a request through a webform, their content and metadata are collected.

How do we store your data?
Your email to us is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Salt and Sugar then stores your emails on Microsoft's email servers. We offer our Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) public key so that your email can be delivered to us with end-to-end encryption, should you choose to encrypt it.
We do not solicit personal data when you make a request through a webform.
Salt and Sugar will generally keep your emails and requests for six years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your emails and requests.
What are your data protection rights?
Salt and Sugar would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. You are entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Salt and Sugar for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Salt and Sugar correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Salt and Sugar to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
